Alfa Forni MODERNO Portable is the most compact gas pizza oven for Napoli style pizza's.
It is only 35 kg and can be quickly and easily assembled so can be used on any catering and outdoor activities.
It reaches up to 500° C in 30 minutes which allows you to bake a real Neapolitan pizza in just 90 seconds, wherever you want.
It has all benefits of all other Alfa Forni pizza ovens of Heat GeniusTM technology like HeatKeeper™ Refractory Brick, DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® Insulation and Patented Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System®
The practical cover, useful to protect the oven from weather and dust, when not used, turns into a convenient carrying bag thanks to the two side handles, allowing you to move it wherever you want to organize your outdoor meals.
